I am a fairly new customer at Rootz. I was leary of changing stylists (we've all gotten that really bad hair cut that makes you want to wear a hat!!) Heather suggested a new cut and a change of color. I feel and look like a new woman. She also gave great tips on hair styling and what products work best for my hair type. Good-bye bad hair days!!!
