Was requested to model for a hairstyle book and it happened on my 50th birthday! Getting in front of a camera and getting compliments were new to me and certainly enjoyed.

I use Nioxin products for cleansing and conditioning, also some Matrix products for styling. I like a high-hold mousse for final styling. Lifting the roots helps keep the curls from pulling the style down during drying. The less you mess with it, the better the curls look.

It was a great time!
