Services do not match the prices. Purposely over charges. 30 Bucks for a consultation that can be done on the same day as the hair appointment. It took 5 minutes to look at my hair and discuss what was going to be done. The rest of the waste of my $30 was about health and mis-information of the black hair care industry. My point is all that could have been done the day of the actual hair service. She calls a simple press and curl hair smoothing and charges $145.
If you have money to throw away and want to run around the city of cleveland because she can't stay at the same salon for any lenght of time then this is your person. Otherwise go somewhere
else. You can be chemical free without throwing aaway your money.
