Awesome!
by: Anonymous

I recently went to this salon and I had a great experience! I entered the salon and they greeted me with the utmost respect. I asked for a pedi and mani and they lead me to the color rack. as I sat in the seat and they asked if i wanted a beverage(which i accepted and recieved the best lemonade i'd ever tasted!) besides the fact they were wonderful! in fact, it may have been the best mani and pedi i've ever gotten! to top it off a recieved a loyalty card, and on my 6th visit i get my next free pedi!!! SCOREE!!!

Horrible Experience!!!
by: Anonymous

Granted, this reflects just one employee in the salon, it was my first experience...and my last!

I walked in to have my toenails painted. THe woman at the fron counter seemed to have this take care of it yourself attitude. Go get your nail polish around the corner and have a seat, she commanded. I had to find the nail polish rack which she should have walked me to. Then I sat waiting as if it was for someone else and she comes over to me and says to have a seat in on of the chirs around the ocorner. Again, did not escort me anywhere. The cahir was not prepped for me yet so I had to pick my feet up for her to set the towel down under them. Then she uses a nail file a little too fast (started to get hot) on my nails and sets them in way too hot water to rinse them. I took them out....then she asked me if the water was too hot! Shouldn't she have checked that before she burned my feet?! She proceeded to dry my feet and polish my toenails. i chose a very pale pink so it seemingly looked like she was doing a good job painting. This whole time I kept thinking to myself, it's okay, and gave her the benefit of the doubt. People have thier off days. But after I got home and looked at my toes again there was nail polish all over the edges of my nails. If it had been any other color it would have been a nightmare. I tried calling the salon and asking for the manager but the girl said he/she was not in and wanted my name and number to call me back. I was trying to stay annonymous to the employees and speak directly with management so that did not help me at all. I will try to call back later and speak with the manager again to, if nothing else, get this frustration off my chest!
