will definately go back.i love the salon atmosphere. the staff are brilliant, very friendly, very accomodating and they definatley know what they are doing. i will definately recomend it to everybody. please give them a try and you will love them forever. their prices compared to their services is nothing. they offer brilliant discounts too. love them.

I attended here some months ago! It was my 1st visit & I was very impressed with the finish, Tezza was very attentive & the other staff all came accross very friendly & welcoming towards me.....My only negative is I have been unable to get an appointment ever since! Unfortunately this shop is always booked up when I need 2 get my hair did.....this is a positive thing!!

This hair shop is the worse yet, customer service is an abomination, and their stylist cant even do the job, my hair was cut Jaggered and lopsided i had to keep reminding her what i ask for in the first place and she continues to say i know and never even got close, I was over charge and left waiting for four hours, worse yet i hate what they did to my hair it looks like a child did it. And the shop was empty so they tried to overcharge me to make up for it. Don't go these woman are not qualified

I got a weave done by them 1 weeks ago and its coming out. The string is falling out,the canerow is loosening, the tracks are hanging off. I have had to clip in my hair with hairpins. I am very upset.
Also the customer service is terrible. I am made feel as if I am always wrong...not anymore, I want nothing to do with them ever again.

Terrible customer service, they are always right and you are always wrong!
Some of the staff think they know it all but obviously the customer should get what they want after all we pay big fees here!

This salon is a God-send for people who are looking for good results and friendly customer care. The staff are very welcoming and professional, the atmosphere is calming (I always feel like I've had a spa day by the time I leave!) and its an APPOINTMENT only system, so no waiting for hours on end and getting cussed out by the staff (hair max!). Definately give it a try.
