This dish includes rich vegetables that are rich in iron (broccoli) and protein (beef) which aids in hair growth.
I'll explain later on exactly how each food can aid in your hair growth.
Here is the recipe!
Cooked pasta (boil about 5-6 cups of pasta)
1/2 onion cut in small squares
4 garlic cloves
1 yellow pepper (green and red are fine too)
1 head of broccoli cut into bite sized pcs
1/4 pound of beef seasoned with your favorite spices. You can also add a bit of soya sauce. Add about a table spoon to your beef. Oh and my favorite... add about 2 table spoons of ketchup for even more flavor! But don't forget your other spices. Remember, you want a tasty dish, not a bland one ;)
Also chop up about 2 garlic cloves, about a tea spoon of cilantro and about a quarter cup of onions to your raw beef and thoroughly mix.
Add a tad of olive oil to your pan and cook your beef.
Remove the beef from the stove and add about a table spoon of olive oil to your pan and lightly cook your vegetables for about 2 minutes. Then add the cooked beef.
Next add your pasta sauce to the mix along with your cooked pasta and stir.
Remove from heat, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve!
This recipe feeds between 2-3 people. Add more beef and more pasta if you plan to add more mouths to the mix :)
Olive oil contains high amounts of Vitamin E, which promotes circulation in the scalp.
Garlic improves circulation in the body, including the scalp. It also provides antioxidants and aids in digestion, both of which increase nutrients to the scalp and hair follicles.
Broccoli's iron-rich content strengthens hair from the roots.
Yellow peppers are great for hair growth! Just like any orange vegetable like carrots or orange peppers, these veggies contain beta-carotene. Beta-caroten is basically pigmentation. It's also a carotenoid - and this carotenoid which is also an antioxidant known to promote healthy skin, hair growth and boost your immune system. And because the yellow peppers in this recipe contain carotenoids you'll know that you're doing your hair and skin a favor when you add them to a recipe like this one!
You simply can't go wrong with a grow hair recipe like this one!
