I agree, I'm hunting for an alternative scrunching product.
I contacted the company (now owned by Procter & Gamble) about the terrible smell, the smaller amount of product and what's worse, the loss of effectiveness of this new formula. I was told that changes were based on market research -- they didn't ask me!
Now that I have to make the switch, I'm searching for an alternative that's not tested on animals. The old sprunch spray wasn't, but then P&G bought the company.
May try CurlFriends products.

Your new sprunch spray IS horrible. It doesn't hold hair in place. I'm looking for a new brand. I really loved the other, but this new formula does nothing for my hair. Besides that it is in a smaller bottle. Why did you drop the volume so we pay high price for less? Less junk.
