AlterEgo Hair Studio

Candace Luckett has more than 12 years of hair styling experience.

After graduating high school in Seattle, WA, she went to Dudley's Q University. Eventually, she came back to Washington to finish school and started working in a private salon. Her first two years were challenging, but she kept going and eventually ended up at JCPenny where she did hair for six years.

During those six years she became a Master Stylist, received training at Paul Mitchell, Affirm, Redken, Mizani, Matrix and much more. She also won three Golden Scissor Awards and the Crystal Award. After winning the Crystal Award she felt that it was time to move on. She eventually left JCPenny to work at a private salon for a year and then decided it was time to open up her own salon. That is when AlterEgo Hair Studio was born!
